Tourist Information Center

The year-round Tourist Information Center has been operating since October 2023 on the ground floor of the building located at 2 Legionowa Street. Individual tourists and organized tour groups can obtain information there about city attractions, accommodation and local gastronomy. In addition, tourists can also find maps, guides and books devoted to Białystok and the region. The Centre is run by the Regional Branch of the Polish Tourist and Sightseeing Society, which won the tender announced by the City of Białystok.

Opening hours

The Tourist Information Center is open every day – during the tourist season, i.e. from May to the end of September, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and in the off-season – from October to the end of April – between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Additionally, the opening time is extended during important city events or, for example, during the Night of Museums.
